Celebrate the power of the New Moon every month with breathwork and intention setting in a beautiful circle of women
For centuries, the new moon has been a time to let go of what is past, set fresh intentions and launch new projects. New moons happen once a month and signify the beginning of a cycle; they are an ideal time to refocus and think about what you’ll develop as the moon waxes toward fullness. Connecting to these lunar energies can provide grounding and a wonderful sense of direction throughout the year.
Each month, on the night of the New Moon, we will meet as a sacred community of women. You will be guided through a powerful, hour-long session, which will include:
Guided breath-work to quieten your mind, create focus and help you release what you are ready to let go
A beautiful and moving guided meditation
Choosing an affirmation for the month ahead
Setting your intention, focus and goals for the next 28 days
Open to all the women in my community, these beautiful sessions are designed for connection, healing, insight and focus.You do not need to share anything during the session, you will be guided through a powerful ceremony focused on grounding and recentring. One of the most important elements within my work is safety – please know that you will feel safe and held in my circles. My intention is to help you calm your nervous system and use techniques you can continue to practice for the rest of the month. Breathwork is a deeply healing and transformative practice when used with awareness and intention and I am excited to guide you through 2022. These sessions will also help you stay accountable to your areas of focus by bringing you back from the busyness of life.
I am an accredited life coach from the top coaching school in the UK, I hold a health-coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and am an NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and Breath-work Facilitator.
I went from deep self-loathing to finding peace and acceptance using the tools I am now trained in and I am dedicated to guiding women through the same empowering transformation.
I am deeply passionate about helping women unlock limiting belief systems to create freedom, joy, and abundance. I have founded two well-being businesses and am the creator of The Nurture and Nourish System™, through which I have guided thousands of women on a global basis. I am also delighted to now bring my work to readers through my book, From The Inside Out.

I have decided not to record these sessions. I understand that might make times tricky for those in different time zones for which I am sorry. There is beautiful energy in being present in this experience and I feel that is important it is experienced live.
You don’t have to have experienced anything like this before. I will teach you how to breathe and guide you through the session in a safe and loving way. All you need to do is join via Zoom make space in your home so that you won’t be interrupted for an hour.
If you sign-up to the early bird discount and you decide it is really not for you after the first session, I will refund you in full within 14 days from 2nd January.
